If you’re looking for the ultimate breakfast spot in Hawaii, you have to check out Aloha Kitchen. Iβve tried Loco Moco at a bunch of different places, but this one? Itβs on a whole different level. Trust me, itβs worth the hype.

π Quick Tips: Beating the Wait
I got there in the morning and waited about 20-30 minutes. Not too bad, especially since they have a fast turnaround. Plus, you can browse the menu while waiting! π

π‘ Pro Tip:
Get there for the 7:30 AM opening if you can. After 9 AM, the line gets way longer. Donβt say I didnβt warn you!
- Hours: 7:30 AM β 2:00 PM (Daily)
- Last Order: Usually around 1:30 PM.
- Parking: No private lot, so look for street parking or nearby public lots. π

π₯ What to Order (The Good Stuff)
1. Souffle Pancake (Banana Strawberry) – $22.5
These are like eating a cloud. βοΈ Theyβre super fluffy and light, topped with tons of fresh fruit. Itβs a huge portion, so itβs perfect for sharing with your travel buddy.
2. Big Island Loco Moco – $18.5 βοΈ My Top Pick
This is the star of the show. The patty is thick, juicy, and definitely not that frozen stuff. The gravy is rich without being too salty, and when you break that yolkβ¦ pure magic. π
3. Fresh Orange Juice & Coffee – $8
- Orange Juice: The OJ tastes like it was squeezed five seconds before it hit the table. π
- Coffee: If youβre a caffeine lover, coffee comes with free refills! It’s not the “servers walking around” typeβjust ask your server and theyβll hook you up. Itβs the perfect way to chill after a big meal. βοΈ

ποΈ Don’t Miss the Merch!
Before you leave, check out the cute merch by the entrance. Theyβve got tees, mugs, and hats with their signature logo. I was this close to buying the pink tee because the color is so “Hawaii.” π (Tees are around $30-$35). Great for a unique souvenir!
π¨ Stayed nearby? Or Planning to?
I didn’t actually stay here this time, but Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is literally just a short walk away. If youβre staying at the Hilton, you have zero excuses to skip this place for breakfast. Itβs way better (and more local) than just grabbing something at the hotel!
