Soaking up the golden hour vibes during sunset yoga at Kalm Village

This wasn’t just a yoga class.
It felt more like a mix of light stretching, meditation, and sound healing 🧘🏼‍♀️

✨ My Experience

Out of everything I did in Chiang Mai,
this was easily one of the best decisions.

I’m not great at yoga, but this class was super easy to follow.

  • No pressure
  • Slow and relaxed pace
  • You can just follow along

And the instructor was actually funny.

We were laughing so much during the session
that I thought we might get kicked out 😂

But at the same time, it was incredibly calming.

🌅 The Atmosphere

The space itself is unreal.

  • Open-air with a glass roof
  • Natural light through the trees
  • Temple views in the background

Even just sitting there feels relaxing.

🔔 Sound Bath & Crystal Bowl

Toward the end, you lie down and just listen.

The gong and sound vibrations
felt like they were moving through my body.

It’s hard to explain, but
your mind just clears.

After the class,
you can try the crystal bowls yourself — surprisingly fun.

👍 Final Thoughts

✔ Beginner-friendly
✔ Unique experience
✔ Relaxing but also fun
✔ Beautiful setting

If you’re visiting Chiang Mai,
this is definitely worth trying.
